It is intended to be understandable, accessible, and useful without having to attend the workshop, and to provide further reading for those who are interested in the methodology and would like to know more.

The MP968 workshop is intended to be delivered interactively. The workshop proper has a short(-ish) presentation as introduction, before working through practical power calculation with the G*Power software and experimental design with the NC3Rs Experimental Design Assistant.
